Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) invites applications for senior leadership positions to support Pakistan’s IT and IT-enabled services export growth under the Ministry of IT & Telecommunication.

Position	Age Limit	Minimum Qualification	Key Experience / Eligibility
Chief Business Development Officer	Maximum 56 years	Minimum 16 years of education: degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Management / Economics / Business Administration / Public Policy / Finance / Marketing or related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution	Minimum 12 years of post-qualification relevant experience in IT, business development, ecosystem development, industry facilitation, international marketing, public-private partnerships, or related domains. Experience developing and executing B2B, G2B, and G2G international partnerships; track record of winning new markets or attracting international clientele preferred. Program or project management experience involving stakeholder coordination and ecosystem development; leadership of decision-making teams preferred. Regulatory authority liaison experience and previous work with chambers, provincial bodies, or public-private entities will be considered highly relevant.
Director Infrastructure	Maximum 56 years	Minimum 16 years of education: degree in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical / Architectural Engineering or related engineering discipline from an HEC-recognized institution; professional certifications (e.g., PMP) and PEC registration where applicable	Minimum 10 years of post-qualification relevant experience in large-scale infrastructure development, construction management, facility operations, or related domains. Experience in construction and operations of large-scale facilities, MEP systems, HVAC, fire & life safety, building management systems, and vendor/contractor oversight. Experience in planning and management of high-value civil engineering or infrastructure projects; experience in technology park development or research facilities is desirable. Leadership and stakeholder coordination experience preferred; familiarity with ICT/network infrastructure and connectivity operations is an advantage.
