Karnal Sher Khan Cadet College, Ismaila, Swabi invites sealed bids from eligible, registered and financially sound firms/contractors/suppliers under the Single Stage – Single Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Rules, 2014 for procurements/services for Financial Year 2026-27.

Key Terms & Instructions

- Tender documents with detailed specifications, eligibility criteria, evaluation criteria, terms and conditions may be obtained from the Office of Karnal Sher Khan Cadet College, Ismaila, Swabi on payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000 per tender.

- Sealed and signed bids shall be submitted to the Vice Principal, Karnal Sher Khan Cadet College, Ismaila, Swabi on or before 10:30 AM on 2026-08-06. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee at 11:30 AM on 2026-08-06.

- Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security of Rs. 100,000 (Rupees One Hundred Thousand Only) in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Pay Order or Bank Draft in favour of the Principal, Karnal Sher Khan Cadet College, Ismaila, Swabi. Bids not accompanied by the prescribed bid security shall be rejected.

- Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), possess a valid and active National Tax Number (NTN), and a Sales Tax Registration Number where applicable. Bidders must appear on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL) at the time of bid submission.

- Bidders shall submit an affidavit on stamp paper affirming they have not been blacklisted by any Federal / Provincial Government Department, Autonomous Body, Semi-Government Organization or Public Sector Organization.

- Conditional, incomplete, unsigned or late bids will not be entertained. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with the KPPRA rules.
