Khyber Pakhtunkhwa C&W Division Lower Chitral — E-Bidding Notice for Rehabilitation & Widening of BT Roads (4 Packages)

Issuing Authority: Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Communication & Works Department, C&W Division Lower Chitral. Electronic bids are invited on Single Stage Single Envelope E-PAD System for construction, improvement, rehabilitation and widening of bituminous (BT) roads in Malakand Division (multiple packages).

Important submission & eligibility information:

- Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-PAD e-bidding system by the stated deadline. Hard copies are not a substitute for electronic submission.

- Tender documents and instructions are available from the Executive Engineer C&W Division Lower Chitral office on any working day or can be downloaded from the E-PAD website before the closing date/time.

- Complete details of Bid Security and Tender Fee must be provided in the shape of CDR (with Bank name, CDR number(s) and date(s)). Bidders must be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority as required.

- Bid validity: Ninety (90) days. Affidavit confirming the bidder/firm/contractor is not involved in litigation with C&W Division Lower Chitral is required. Additional security, performance and technical conditions apply as per the bidding documents.

- Opening of financial bids: 2026-08-11 at 12:30 PM in the office of the Executive Engineer C&W Division Lower Chitral (in presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend).
