- A single-stage, two-envelope procedure will be followed. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with the published schedule.

- Bidders must be registered with the relevant Federal/Provincial tax departments. Bid Security must be provided in the manner prescribed and uploaded/submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System as required by the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB).

- The Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology will not be responsible for costs incurred by bidders for preparation, delivery or electronic submission. In case the tender opening date falls on a public holiday or non-working day, the next official working day/time will be considered for submission/opening.
