FESCO Tender Notice – Supply of Steel Structures, Conductors, Cables and Associated Materials (Faisalabad)

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites electronic bids through Single-Stage One-Envelope procedure via EPADS v2.0 for supply of various transmission/distribution materials to FESCO regional stores (Faisalabad, Jhang, Sargodha & Mianwali). Eligible WAPDA/PPMC/DISCO-approved manufacturers, duly prequalified/registered in the required category and holding valid prototype approval where applicable, may participate.

Important procurement notes:

• Bid submission: Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before each package’s specified receiving deadline.
• Original bid security instrument must be submitted in the office of the Director (Material Management) FESCO before the online submission deadline; bids without original bid security will not be opened.
• Only firms prequalified in the relevant category and having valid prototype approval for Osprey conductor are eligible to apply for Osprey items; free pick-up of scrap and delivery to Regional Stores required for those lots.
• Bid opening: e-bids will be opened as per the schedule in the office of the Director (Material Management), FESCO Old Thermal Plant Abdullahpur, Faisalabad.
