Project Management Unit Invites Proposals to Hire Office Building in Quetta

The Project Management Unit of an infrastructure development organization invites sealed quotations/proposals from eligible property owners for hiring a fully constructed, vacant building to establish its office in Quetta. Preferred locations are Chaman Housing Scheme, Shahbaz Town, or Jinnah Town. Key minimum requirements include at least 10 usable rooms, separate storeroom(s), kitchen and toilet facilities, electricity, water and sewerage connections, and parking for at least five vehicles.

Interested owners should submit a monthly rent offer, proof of ownership, building pictures and drawings, any applicable Cantonment Board NOC, and other supporting documents in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Proposal for Hiring of Office Building" addressed to Post Box No. 475, GPO Quetta. Proposals must arrive on or before 2026-07-31 by 11:00 AM. The PMU will evaluate proposals based on compliance, suitability, location, facilities and offered rent and reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
