Pakistan Telecommunication Authority invites electronic bids from bidders registered on EPADS 2.0 for the provision of security services at the PTA Zonal Office, Multan. Procurement will follow the Single Stage–One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004; a security deposit is mandatory.
Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS 2.0 (vendors.epads.gov.pk). Manual bids will not be accepted; electronic bids will be received from 10:00 and opened at 10:30 as per EPADS instructions. A Grievance Redressal Committee is constituted per PPRA Rule 48.
