Issuer: National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Islamabad. NAVTTC invites applications for a short-term expert to support media coordination and content writing under the program titled PIMSYDP (2023-27).

Short-Term Expert (Media Coordination & Content Writer)	Short term basis for 89 days (extendable subject to satisfactory performance)	Maximum 45 years	16 years education in English Language / Literature, Social Sciences / Economics / Commerce. Preference to MS / MPhil in listed disciplines.	At least 5 years’ relevant experience; strong creative writing, media briefs, reporting, graphics, research and content development for social media and news articles. Prepare content for banners, memos, one-pagers, dashboards, graphs, program descriptions, case studies, reports, whitepapers and e-books. Draft press releases, deliver presentations, create social media material in English and Urdu. Ensure content aligns with NAVTTC brand guidelines; monitor media coverage and prepare media monitoring/performance reports. Coordinate media campaigns, traditional and digital communications; build relationships with journalists, influencers and media partners. Support event communications, press conferences and public awareness initiatives; prepare monthly communication reports with KPIs, media reach and engagement metrics. Strong written and oral communication skills required.
