National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) invites applications for a short-term expert (Media Coordination & Content Writer) under the PMYSDP (2023-27) program. This is a fixed-term engagement (89 days, extendable subject to satisfactory performance). Maximum age: 45 years.

Minimum Qualification	16 years of education in English Language/Literature, Social Sciences, Economics or Commerce. Preference to MPhil/MS in related subjects.
Experience & Deliverables	At least 5 years relevant experience in media, creative writing, reporting, graphics, research material and social media content. Produce content for banners, memes, one-pagers, dashboards, graphs, program descriptions, case studies, whitepapers and e-books. Prepare press releases, presentations and short-notice social media material in English and Urdu; ensure alignment with brand and communication strategy. Monitor media coverage and prepare media monitoring/performance reports; coordinate promotional campaigns across digital and traditional media. Build media relations, support events, prepare press notes and public awareness materials; deliver timely communication outputs and monthly reports including KPIs and engagement metrics. Strong written and oral communication skills required.
