Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design & Heritage (Directorate of Human Resource) invites applications for the post of Director ORIC on contract/regularized basis under the Defined Contributory Pension Scheme. Candidates must meet the qualifications and experience requirements as listed below.

| Director ORIC | BPS-19/20 | 50 years (max) | PhD (preferably in Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Social Sciences or a relevant field) from an HEC-recognized university. At least 12 years of experience in academia, research administration in higher education institutions, including a minimum of 3 years of leadership/managerial experience in research development, technology transfer or commercialization. Experience with research grants, funding proposals, industry linkages, technology incubation, patents, intellectual property rights (IPR), commercialization strategies, research impact assessment, and strong publication record in impact-factor journals. International exposure and memberships in research/innovation organizations (e.g., HEC-funded research projects, ORIC Network, UNESCO, IEEE, ACM) preferred. |
