Issuer: Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO). E-Auction of unserviceable vehicles and meter scrap parked at Regional Store, FESCO Faisalabad. Bids will be submitted through the E-PAD 2.0 system and opened on the same day.
Bid submission deadline and opening:
- Last date/time to submit bids via E-PAD 2.0: 2026-08-10 up to 11:00 AM.
- Online opening of bids: 2026-08-10 at 11:30 AM.
Key conditions (summary):
- All bidders must participate through E-Auctions via E-PAD 2.0 (http://www.vendor.epads.gov.pk/login).
- Bidders may update/change quoted bid until 11:00 AM on 2026-08-10 through E-PADS 2.0.
- Items/vehicles can be inspected during working hours at the mentioned location before the auction date.

- Bids will remain valid for 150 days from the date of E-Auction opening and are extendable with consent of both parties.
- Quoted rates should be exclusive of all applicable taxes. Remaining amount and applicable taxes to be paid within 21 working days of issuance of Letter of Acceptance; failure to pay will forfeit the earnest money.
- Registration with FBR is mandatory for participation. All taxes levied by Government of Pakistan will be paid by the highest/successful bidder at final payment.
