Key eligibility and submission requirements:

• Applicants must be original manufacturers, sole distributors, authorized suppliers or well-reputed firms with a valid Drug Sales License (Form-B, Category A) where applicable.
• Valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registration is required.
• Bids must be submitted on company letterhead in sealed envelopes. Separate bids will be submitted for each lot.
• For Local Purchase (LP) of medicines and surgical/disposable items, offers will be evaluated on the basis of maximum discount from manufacturer’s retail price (separate categories for multinational and national medicines, and for surgical disposable items).
• Bid security of 3% of the estimated cost is required for each lot.
