Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), a subsidiary of the Ministry of Railways, invites sealed bids under a Single-Stage, One-Envelope procedure for leasing a site for development of an educational institute with allied facilities. Franchises or individuals in collaboration with an educational institute having valid registration with the Federal or Provincial education department may apply.
Key terms: Lease period 21 years (extendable for another similar term); annual increase in rent @ 8% compound; mobilization period 24 months from date of possession.
Pre-bid meeting: 2026-07-15 at 02:30 PM at REDAMCO Head Office (attendance via Zoom is also available).

Eligibility & submission instructions: Bidders must submit offers on REDAMCO prescribed Bid Forms (downloadable from www.redamco.com and PPRA website). Bids shall quote offers against the benchmark Commitment Fee and Annual Rent. Duly filled sealed bid forms (site name marked on top right corner of the envelope) along with prescribed documents and bid security in favor of Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd should be submitted to the address below by the stated deadline. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
Notes: Site area is subject to actual measurement at possession. The bidding process will be conducted in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004. REDAMCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
