Public Notice: Removal of Unauthorized Encroachments on KW&SC Right-of-Way in Karachi

Issuer: Karachi Water & Sewerage Corporation (KW&SC).

Purpose: Notice to owners/occupants of buildings, structures or other encroachments located within the Right-of-Way (ROW) or protected corridors of KW&SC water and sewerage infrastructure in Karachi. Affected parties are asked to produce lawful title documents or valid authorization for the structures in question to the Corporation.

Required action: Owners/occupants who claim legal rights over any property, construction or installation situated on KW&SC ROW must present supporting ownership/authorization documents to the Corporation as directed in the notice. If no valid documentation or authorization is provided within the timeframe specified in the published notice, KW&SC will proceed under applicable law to remove or demolish unauthorized encroachments and undertake required restoration or protective measures. Claims for compensation will not be entertained where encroachments are unauthorized.

Location & jurisdiction: Karachi. KW&SC will coordinate removal and legal action within Karachi limits.
