• Bidding platform: All bids must be uploaded/submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal only: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk.
• Bid availability: Documents immediately available on Punjab e-Procurement (eP) and PPRA websites.
• Submission deadline (closing): 2026-07-28 at 11:00 am. (Last date for submission)
• Technical bid opening: 2026-07-28 at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives wishing to attend.
• Financial bids: Will be opened only for technically qualified bidders on a date/time to be announced subsequently.
• Bid security: 2% bid security of the estimated cost must be paid/submitted through 1Links / Bank Guarantee digitally via generated PSID number in favor of The Bank of Punjab on or before 2026-07-28 by 11:00 am.
• Pricing: Prices must be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges.
• Documentation: Valid NTN and GST Registration Certificates are required with the bids.
