How to apply and important conditions:
- Download complete bid documents from the C&W KP website (www.cwd.gkp.pk) and submit online via the EPADS system. Complete bid documents may also be purchased from the office of the undersigned for Rs.3,000 per package on any working day prior to the closing date.
- Bids must be submitted online (E-PADS). The 2% bid security (Call Deposit) must be sealed in the Financial Bid, and the original bid security instrument (Call Deposit / Bank Draft / Pay Order / Bank Guarantee) must be delivered to the office of the Executive Engineer before opening of the financial bid.
- Bidders must deposit their CDR in the name of the procuring entity (Executive Engineer Maintenance-I, C&W Deptt, Peshawar) prior to bid closing; proof/affidavit of deposit must be included in the Technical Bid.
- Bidding will follow Above/Below on BOQ/Engineers Estimate and applicable MRS. Contractors quoting substantially low rates may be required to furnish additional security as per rules. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
