MES PAF Tender: Provision of E/M Facilities at PAF Base — Rs.22.076 Million

Scope: Provision of certain electrical/mechanical (E/M) facilities at a PAF Base. Estimated cost: PKR 22.076 Million.

Submission & Opening: Completed sealed tenders must be received in the office of the Accepting Officer by 11:30 Hrs on 2026-08-05. Tenders will be opened at 12:00 Hrs on the same date.

How to obtain tender documents: Contractors are required to submit applications with complete credentials (see credential table below). Tender documents will be issued only to firms whose submitted documents are scrutinized and who demonstrate sufficient relevant experience and meet other special conditions for the job.

Eligibility & Important Conditions:

• Contractors must certify they are not involved in any litigation with any Government Department in a court of law and that no adverse report from the Directorate of Inspection & Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ) is outstanding against them.
• Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of PEC registration. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible.
• Only contractors enlisted on the approved MES list in categories 'A' and 'B' with experience in this type of work should apply.
• The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender; rejected tenders will be dealt with as per Para 33(1) of PPRA Rules.
