Human Settlement Authority (Karachi) — Public Notice to Occupants of Certain Gulshan Settlements

Issuer: Office of the Regional Director, Human Settlement Authority (HSA), Karachi Field Office, Government of Sindh. Date of notice: 2026-07-16.

Purpose: General public notice to occupants of specified plots, houses, shops and other built-up units in certain Gulshan settlements. Affected persons are instructed to produce documentary proof of ownership/possession or regularization as required by the HSA. The notice warns that failure to provide required documentation will result in cancellation of illegal occupation and initiation of action by the Authority under the relevant Sindh laws (reference to 1987 appears in the notice).

Action required: Affected occupants must contact the Regional Director, Karachi Field Office, Human Settlement Authority and submit lawful ownership/possession documents and other requested records. The Authority will proceed with enforcement measures on government land where occupation is unauthorized.
