The Banking Court II, District & Sessions Court Building (First Floor), Hyderabad, has issued a summon in a recovery suit filed by Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (head office Faisal Avenue, Islamabad) against Muhammad Ali Chandio for recovery of Rs. 978,191 plus mark-up and costs under the Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finances) Ordinance, 2001.
The respondent is directed to appear before the court on 2026-08-20 at 08:30 AM and is permitted to file a written statement/defence within 30 days under the relevant ordinance. Failure to respond will be taken as admission of the allegations and the court may pass decree for recovery or order sale of secured material as it deems fit. Notice issued on 2026-07-18.
