BISE Malakand Invitation for Bids — Procurement of Examination Stationery (Framework Contract)

Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education (BISE) Malakand invites sealed bids through the E-PADS (E-pak Acquisition & Disposal System) under the Single Stage, Two Envelopes procedure (KPPRA Rules 2014) for procurement of examination stationery under a framework contract for one year (extendable up to a maximum of three years as per Rule 31A of KPPRA Rules 2014). Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL).

How to apply and key conditions:

- Bid Solicitation Documents (BSDs) can be downloaded from the E-PADS portal after publication and are also available on www.kppra.gov.pk and www.bisemalakand.edu.pk. Interested bidders must be registered with E-PADS to participate.

- All bids and required documents must be uploaded online on E-PADS. No hard copies of rates or documents will be accepted, except the original bid security and other documents specified in the BSDs to be submitted in a sealed envelope.

- Bid security must be in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Demand Draft (DD) in favour of Secretary BISE Malakand.

- Bidders are advised to thoroughly study the BSDs for complete details and technical specifications. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules 2014.
