C&W Division Malakand Tender Notice for Multiple Road, Protection and Hydropower-Related Works (e-PADs)

Executive Engineer, Communication & Works (C&W) Division Malakand invites electronic bids through the Single Stage Single Envelope e-PADs system under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement Rules 2014 (amended up to 05-10-2022) for multiple civil works packages. The procurement covers Hydro Power Generating Districts Development Projects (excluding Haripur & Swabi) and a District Development Plan for Buner/Dir Lower/Dir Malakand/Chitral in Malakand Division.

Works include construction and rehabilitation of roads, protection walls, RCC slab culverts, street pavements, drainage, earth cutting/slope removal, and related civil items. Most packages require PEC category C-6 & above with relevant codes. Estimated costs, bid security amounts, tender fees and contract periods are provided against each work package in the advertisement.

Bidding documents, bill of quantities and instructions to bidders can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer C&W Division Malakand and from the C&W website. All bids must be submitted online via the e-PADs system. Bids will be opened online in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives as per the schedule shown with each package. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject bids as per the rules. Zero tolerance on corruption policy applies.
