If any firm submits a bid on E-PADS for the wrong package or lot, it will be rejected. All bidders must give prices for every item in the selected lot. If a bidder does not give a price for any item, they will be disqualified. In the end, the lot will be awarded to the bidder with the lowest total price for that lot.
