Eligibility
Intending Contractors/Firms who have been registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for Financial Year 2025-26 in the relevant category/codes & GST/NTN/PST may participate. Contractors/Firms must also be registered on the Punjab PPRA website (www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk).

How to Apply
All intending contractors/firms have to upload the earnest money in the form of CDR/Pay order/Bank Draft/Bank Guarantee in favour of Director Finance, WASA, Bahawalpur @5% of the estimated/bid cost and fill rates against items of work on the PPRA e-procurement website. However, original CDR/Pay order/Bank Draft/Bank Guarantee has to be submitted to the Head Clerk the office of Deputy Director (Engg) Office, Bahawalpur Development Authority Thana Baghdad Road Bahawalpur on the same day at 11:00 AM sharp before the opening of bids.

Notes
Tenders are invited on an item rates basis, single stage single envelope procedure as per PPRA E-Tendering System. Up to 10% performance/quality assurance guarantee will be required. Special terms & conditions apply for the vehicle hiring scheme (Sr. No. 2). Non-responsive bids shall be rejected.
