Mandatory documents required with the bid include:
- Valid registration with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and listing on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL).
- Updated Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in Category C-6 for the current year.
- Valid Professional Tax Certificate.
- Copy of CNIC of the owner(s).
- Original bid security in hard form on due date & time.
- Affidavits: ownership of the firm (on stamp paper Rs. 200) and declaration of no blacklisting & no pending litigation (on stamp paper Rs. 500).
PAA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per PPRA rules. Bidders must follow all instructions and submit required documents both electronically and as original hard copies where indicated.
