Attock Petroleum Limited (APL), a leading Oil Marketing Company, is seeking a result-oriented Manager Retail Sales & Development to be based in Rawalpindi. The role leads the company’s retail filling station network, drives retail expansion, develops business partnerships and ensures achievement of sales and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities	Lead and drive the retail filling station network to achieve sales targets through strategic sales planning, performance management and execution. Spearhead expansion of the Company’s retail network by identifying high-potential locations, evaluating market opportunities and developing strategic business partnerships. Formulate and implement retail sales and network development strategies to maximize market share, profitability and long-term business growth. Lead, mentor and develop regional sales teams to consistently achieve sales objectives while fostering high performance and operational excellence. Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, customer analysis and demand forecasting to support informed business decisions and strategic planning. Evaluate new retail development opportunities, investment proposals, financial feasibility studies and commercial arrangements with prospective business partners. Develop and manage the annual CAPEX plan, ensure optimal utilization of development budgets for new retail projects, capital reinvestment and modernization of existing retail outlets. Oversee operations of Company Owned Company Operated (COCO) retail sites and ensure operational efficiency, asset integrity, and full compliance with policies and regulatory standards. Ensure strict implementation of Company SOPs and compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements. Liaise and coordinate with external stakeholders including consultants, contractors and government agencies to ensure timely execution of strategic retail, sales, development and infrastructure projects. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying new business opportunities and enhancing customer experience across the retail network.
Eligibility / Qualifications	MBA or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university. Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in a reputable Oil Marketing Company (OMC), including at least 3 years in a similar managerial role. Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical and communication skills; proven experience in retail sales management, retail network development and project management. Thorough understanding of OGRA regulations and relevant government authorities (Explosives Department, Highway Authorities, Environmental Protection Agency, District Administration). Willingness to travel extensively across Pakistan.
