Pakistan Railways Tender Notice — Multiple Procurement Packages (Bids due 2026-08-07)

Pakistan Railways Headquarters Office (Chief Controller of Purchase), CCP Pakistan Railways Headquarters Office, Empress Road, Lahore, invites sealed e-bids from eligible bidders for multiple procurement packages planned for FY 2026-27. Bidding will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 following Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure and Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

• Submission method: Mandatory electronic submission via EPADS v2.0 (manual submissions are not allowed).
• Registration: Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. Vendor registration and EPADS guidance available at the EPADS portal.
• Bid security: Each bid must be accompanied by bid security as specified in the bidding documents (acceptable forms include Pay Order, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or a bid securing declaration where allowed).
• Procedure: Bids will be evaluated under Single Stage–Two Envelope and LCBS in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and Agency procurement rules.
• Deadline for submission: 2026-08-07 at 10:30 AM (bids to be submitted on EPADS).
• Bid opening: 2026-08-07 at 11:00 AM (via EPADS).
