PHE Division Hangu - ePADS Tender Notice for Annual Maintenance & Repair Works

Public Health Engineering (PHE) Division Hangu, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites electronic bids through the ePADS system from eligible government contractors/firms registered with PEC, KPRA, FBR and enlisted with the KP Central Enlistment Committee for annual maintenance & repair works.

Key conditions & submission instructions:

- Bidding will be carried out through ePADS in accordance with KP-PPRA Rules under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure.

- Bid must be accompanied by a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to 2% of the estimated cost issued by a scheduled bank as bid security.

- Bidders must submit original bid security and other specified documents in accordance with the KP-PPRA Rules. Incomplete or conditional bids will be rejected.

- Required attested documents to be attached with the bid include (as applicable): CNIC, valid PEC registration, KPRA registration, FBR registration, KP Central Enlistment Certificate, registration for electrical/mechanical works where applicable, power of attorney (if applicable), and other supporting licences/registrations.

- Bids must reach the office of the Executive Engineer / XEN PHE Division Hangu by registered courier before the stated closing time (bids received up to 1200 hours). Bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 hours.

- The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules.
