Tender Notice: Supplies and Repair Works for All Police Stations, Lower Chitral

The District Police Officer, Lower Chitral invites sealed tenders from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa–approved contractors (license renewed for FY 2026-27) for procurement and repair works for all police stations. Required works and supplies include stationery, furniture repair, police building maintenance, emergency/festival duty food and transport, vehicle parts and repairs (tyres, tubes, batteries, oil, etc.), machinery & equipment, and other contingency items.

Tenders must be accompanied by a CDR of PKR 100,000 and bidders must be registered with KPPRA. Tender documents are available from the DPO Office, Lower Chitral during office hours. Bids will be opened at the DPO Office, Lower Chitral in the presence of contractors or their representatives on 2026-08-10 at 11:00. All procedures will follow KPPRA rules; the DPO reserves the right to reject tenders before approval.
