The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) invites sealed bids from eligible vendors to become authorized providers for installation and maintenance of a production monitoring system for the paper and paperboard sector (three-year authorization). Eligible vendors must be registered with PPRA e-PA/ e-PADs and have Income Tax and Sales Tax registration. Bidding follows PPRA Ordinance/Rules and a two-stage bidding procedure including a technical proposal, proof-of-concept (POC) and financial proposal.
