Commodity Management Department, Government of Balochistan invites sealed bids for the disposal of approximately 20,800 metric tons of sealed wheat stock lying in rice mills, grain merchants' warehouses and private godowns in District Usta Muhammad. The stock was sealed during an anti-hoarding campaign and will be sold on an "As-Is, Where-Is" basis through open competitive bidding.

| Weightment & Delivery | Release based on 100% actual weighment. Payment on basis of actual weight at delivery. Delivery supervised by authorized release committee; purchaser bears loading, transportation and incidental expenses. |
| Payment Terms | Successful bidder shall make payment on spot to the owner before lifting of the wheat stock. |
| Bid Submission & Opening | Bids to be submitted on 2026-08-13 at 09:00; bids will be opened on the same date. |
| Right of Acceptance | Bid Evaluation Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable procurement laws and government policy. |
