EOI: IT / Technical Consultants for Sindh Integrated Health & Population Program (SIHPP)

Issuer: Program Director, Sindh Integrated Health & Population Program (SIHPP).

Purpose: Expression of Interest (EOI) invited from qualified individual consultants to provide IT, data and cybersecurity support for SIHPP. Shortlisted consultants will be invited to submit proposals as per the Terms of Reference (TOR).

Key requirements (as published): minimum 2 years relevant experience; technical skillsets shown in the advertisement include SQL, Python or R, ETL, BI tools, MERN stack, PHP, JavaScript, data engineering, data analytics, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN), cybersecurity, database engineering and related software development skills. Specific eligibility, qualifications and detailed responsibilities are provided in the TORs for each vacancy.
