PIDCL Invitation to Bid (e-Procurement) — Road Paving, Pipelines & Street Lighting Works in Karachi (Multiple Packages)

Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL), Ministry of Housing & Works, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed bids through the e-PADS / e-procurement system for multiple civil works packages in Karachi. Procurement will follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules. Bidders must be registered with PEC and submit bids online via the e-procurement portal.

Key submission details and conditions:

• Bid submission and opening will be through the e-procurement system (https://eprocure.gov.pk).
• Bidding documents are available online on the e-procurement portal against payment of a non-refundable fee.
• Bid security (as indicated per package) must be submitted. Original Pay Order / CDR in favor of Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited should be delivered as required by the bidding documents.
• Bidders must meet the required PEC category and other eligibility criteria listed in the bidding documents.
• Electronic bids must be uploaded before the stated deadline. Late bids will not be accepted.
• Bid opening will be conducted electronically in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.
