The District Auction Committee, District Nowshera (Mineral Development Nowshera) invites applications from contractors registered with the Directorate General Mines & Minerals, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, for one-year minor mineral mining leases by public auction. All blocks will be auctioned individually on an “as is where is” basis. Call deposit is 25% of the fixed reserve price for each block. Submission deadline and auction schedule are below.

Key action points and requirements
- Submission deadline for application form, call deposit and complete requisite documents: 2026-07-17.
- Auction date & time: 2026-07-21 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Nowshera. If auction is not held on that date for any reason, it will be held on 2026-07-22 at the same venue and time.
- Eligibility: Only persons/firms/companies registered with the Directorate General Mines & Minerals, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa as minor mineral contractors may participate. Interested parties should register through the Mining Cadastre System of DG Mines & Minerals, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
- Application form fee: PKR 10,200 (non-refundable) — the registered parties/individuals/firms/companies shall submit the application form along with the requisite fee.
- Call deposit: 25% of the fixed reserve price for each block (amounts shown in table) must be submitted with the application. Successful bidder(s) will be required to deposit further security and complete formalities as per the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mines & Minerals Act and the auction terms.
- Documents: Registered applicants must submit attested copies of CNIC, income tax registration (NTN), partnership deed / article & memorandum of association (if applicable), and other documents as required by the Directorate. Bidders should follow the instructions and timelines stated by the District Auction Committee.
