Auction of Construction Materials from Government School Buildings in Swabi

The District Education Officer (Male), Swabi, invites interested parties to participate in on-site auctions of construction/demolition materials from specified government primary school buildings in District Swabi, offered "as is, where is." Auctions are scheduled for 2026-07-21 and 2026-07-22 at 09:00 AM for the listed schools.

Bidders must submit a refundable bank call deposit (shown as 50,000/-) in favor of the District Education Officer (Male), Swabi, with a copy of their CNIC at least two days before the auction. The successful bidder will pay 30% of the bid amount on the spot and the balance within three days after auction approval, and will be responsible for all government taxes including sales tax. Work must be completed within 15 days; failure to pay will result in forfeiture of the deposit and re-award to the next lowest bidder.
