BISE Saidu Sharif Swat Tender 05/2026 for Procurement of Detailed Marks Certificates (DMCs) & Original Certificates

Issuer: Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE), Saidu Sharif Swat. The Board invites bids through EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) from firms, companies, authorized dealers, wholesale dealers and general order suppliers for procurement of Detailed Marks Certificates (DMCs) and original certificates under a Single-Stage, One-Envelope procedure as per Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) rules.

How to apply/bid:

- Register and submit bids online via the E-PADS portal (kp.eprocure.gov.pk) before the specified deadline. Standard Bidding Documents (SBDs) are available for download from the E-PADS portal after publication.

- The advertisement and details are also available on www.kppra.gov.pk and www.bises.edu.pk.

Eligibility & Requirements:

- Firms/companies/authorized dealers/wholesale dealers/general order suppliers must be registered with relevant tax authorities (FBR, KPRA, etc.) and hold active NTN and GST registration listed on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayers List (ATL).

- Bidders must submit original bid security (as specified), required stamp papers and any samples in a sealed envelope where applicable. Hard copies of bids/rates will not be accepted except for original bid security and specified original documents.
