Eligibility highlights: bidders must be legally registered with relevant authorities, possess valid NTN and active taxpayer status, not be blacklisted by any government department or public sector organization, and have relevant experience in outdoor advertising, infrastructure development, civil works, urban furniture or bus shelter projects with adequate financial capability.
Important terms: Technical & Financial proposals are to be uploaded separately on EPADS. Financial proposals of only technically qualified bidders will be opened after technical evaluation. The successful bidder must finance, construct, install, operate and maintain the bus shelters at its own cost and will be granted advertisement rights on approved panels for a concession period of five years. Walton Cantt Board reserves the right to accept/reject any or all proposals under Rule 33 of PPRA Rules 2004.
