Scope: Electronic bids are invited through EPADS (KP-PPRA) under the budget for financial year 2026-27 from eligible government-registered contractors on a single-stage, single-envelope procedure for supply of the listed animal ration, fodder seeds and fertilizers.

Estimated cost: Rs. 10,000,000. Bid security: 2% of estimated cost (Rs. 200,000) in the form of CDR, issued from the bidder's account in the name of Deputy Director, Purebred Buffalo Breeding & Dairy Farm, D.I. Khan. The CDR must be submitted by hand in the P.E. office or via registered courier on or before the closing date.

Document fee: Standard bidding documents, item specifications, terms & conditions and technical evaluation criteria are available online via EPADS or from the undersigned during office hours against a non-refundable payment of Rs. 1,000 (until the last date of bid submission).

Key dates & submission: Closing date and time for submission of tender documents: 2026-07-27 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM. Approved rates shall remain effective until 2027-06-30.

Other: The competent authority reserves the right to cancel the tender at any stage before opening; contractors will be informed through EPADS and by telephone where applicable.
