Tender: Supply of Chemicals, Microbial Culture Media, Glassware/Plasticware and Repair Services — Veterinary Research Institute, Peshawar (FY 2026-27)

Director, Veterinary Research Institute, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar invites e-bids from registered suppliers/firms (registered with FBR for GST/Income Tax; Active Tax Payer) for the supply of chemicals, microbial culture media, kits, glassware, plasticware and for repair of laboratory machinery and equipment for Financial Year 2026-27.

- Procurement method: National Competitive Bidding (NCB), single stage two-envelope procedure.

- Bidding documents, specifications and terms & conditions are available for download from EPADS and the official websites: https://kp.procure.gov.pk and the Livestock & Dairy Development Department / Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa portals.

- Approved rates awarded under this tender will remain effective until 2027-06-30.

- E-bids must be uploaded on EPADS by 09:00 AM on 2026-07-23; electronic opening of technical bids will commence at 10:00 AM on the same day.

- Each bid must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of 0.15 million (specified per technical package) submitted in a sealed envelope before bid opening as directed by the Office of the Director, Veterinary Research Institute, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar.

- The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Clause-47 of KPPRA Rules, 2014.
