Pakistan Navy (CMES-N COMLOG) Tender Notice for Civil, Repair & Supply Works in Karachi

Issuer: Chief Military Engineer Services (Navy) COMLOG Office, Pakistan Navy. Pre-qualification and tendering are invited for civil, repair and water-supply works for Naval stations in Karachi.

Key dates and submission details:

- Pre-qualification applications accepted until 2026-08-06 at 1500 hours at CMES (N) COMLOG Office.

- Pre-qualified firms will be issued tenders on 2026-08-07.

- Completed tender bids must be submitted by 2026-08-13 at 1130 hours; bids will be opened on 2026-08-13 at 1200 hours.

Eligibility and mandatory documents:

- Firms/contractors on the approved list of MES or other government departments having relevant experience may apply.

- Contractors must furnish a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration certificate and a bank statement/proof of financial standing.

- Firms not on MES approved lists must provide proof of being on the appropriate list of the concerned department, staff details, tools and plants inventory, and particulars of works executed in the last two years (proforma to be submitted and attested by a Class-I Gazetted Officer).

- Contractors suspended or not on approved MES lists (including those who have failed to deposit required standing security) will be debarred.

- A bid/standing security (2% of the estimated cost) in the prescribed form (e.g., FDR/Deposit at Call) is required where applicable.

Other important notes:

- Applicants failing to submit the required proforma and supporting information will not be considered for tender issue.

- CMES (N) COMLOG reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals at any time prior to acceptance. Incomplete applications or applications with missing data will not be entertained.
