Tender — Procurement of Furniture and IT Equipment | Kohsar University Murree (PROC-04-2026-KUM)

Kohsar University Murree invites electronic bids via the Punjab e-Procurement System (Tender No. PROC-04-2026-KUM) for two lots: Lot 01 — Furniture (estimated cost PKR 9,777,000; bid security PKR 195,540) and Lot 02 — IT Equipment (estimated cost PKR 24,393,600; bid security PKR 487,872). Bidders must be registered, on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL), and may download bidding documents from the Punjab e-Procurement portal, Punjab PPRA website, or the university website. Manual submissions will not be accepted.

Bids must be submitted electronically by 05 August 2026 at 12:00 PM; technical bids will be opened on 05 August 2026 at 12:30 PM in the Conference Room, Admin Block, Kohsar University Murree. Original evidence of Bid Security and affidavit must be delivered to the Office of the Director (Purchase & Store) at least 30 minutes before bid opening.
