NHA Invitation to e-Bids — M-4 (Faisalabad–Pindi Bhattian) Rehabilitation & Additional Carriageway and N-5 (Lodhran–Multan) Upgradation

National Highway Authority (Central Zone) invites e-Bids from eligible contractors for rehabilitation and construction of additional carriageway on Faisalabad–Pindi Bhattian Motorway (M-4) and improvement/upgradation of road from Lodhran to Multan on N-5. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Income Tax Department, appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR, and hold a valid PEC license for the financial year 2025-26 in the category/specialization shown against each package.

Procurement method: Single Stage – Two Envelope. Bidding documents, detailed terms and conditions and addenda (if any) are available on the NHA e-bidding portal. E-Bids must be uploaded on the NHA e-bidding system; manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required in favor of Member (Central Zone), NHA (CDR or online). Bids will be opened on the date and time specified in the bidding documents.

Important requirements: registration with Income Tax Dept; active ATL status; valid PEC license for FY 2025-26 in the specified categories; submission of required bid security (2% of estimated cost); e-bid submission only.
