REDAMCO Invitation of Sealed Bids — Lease of Pakistan Railways Prime Land (Multiple Cities)

Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), a subsidiary of the Ministry of Railways, invites sealed bids under a Single-Stage, Two-Envelope procedure for lease of Pakistan Railways prime lands on a fixed-term lease (benchmarks on One Time Premium/Commitment Fee and Annual Rent). Lease purpose: mixed-use commercial, shopping plaza/market, corporate offices, IT parks, hotel, hospital/healthcare, 3-S dealerships, retail outlets and food outlets.

Key terms: Period of lease 21 years (extendable for another 21 years); annual increase in rent 8% (compound); mobilization period 24 months from date of possession; building as per local construction bylaws. Bidders must submit separate bids for Commitment Fee and Annual Rent for each site and submit Commitment Fee/ Bid Security as specified. Fully sealed bids marked with site name must be submitted to REDAMCO Head Office.

• Submission deadline (technical bids): 2026-08-11 on or before 02:00 PM at REDAMCO Head Office
• Technical bid opening: 2026-08-11 at 02:30 PM at REDAMCO Head Office
