The National University of Modern Languages (NUML) invites sealed e-bids on EPADS v2.0 for the construction of one prefabricated floor at the top floor of Ibne-Rushd Block, Main Campus (Ref: P63419). Procurement will follow Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004; bids must include the required bid security or a bid-securing declaration.
