PTC Pre-Qualification: Contractors for Operations, Maintenance & Rigging Services – Letter of Intent

Pakistan Tobacco Company (PTC) invites interested parties to submit a Letter of Intent (pre-qualification) for operations, maintenance and rigging services for its utility and production facilities. Submissions must include company profile, relevant experience, statutory registrations and supporting documents as listed below. Late submissions will not be considered.

Who should apply: Parties with relevant experience working with multinational firms/companies, compliant with environmental, health & safety and product integrity standards, and meeting applicable labour and legal requirements.

Required documents (selected highlights): Letter of Intent with nature & scope of business; NTN, PRA/KPRA certificates; company profile and organogram; list of clients with contact details and references; proof of registration with PEC or relevant bodies (if applicable); evidence of non-blacklisting; NTN, PESSI, EOBI registration certificates; FBR income tax returns for last 3 years; audited financial statements by a Chartered Accountant for last 3 years; completion/reference certificates for related services for the last 3 years.

Submission method: Two submissions are required — online and hard copy. Online submission should follow the Tender number Y26/ROC/POMS/06 and can be initiated via the QR code provided in the tender notice. Hard copies of all relevant documents must be sent in a sealed envelope clearly bearing tender number Y26/ROC/POMS/06 to:
