NADRA HQ Islamabad Tender No. 88/2026 for Scanners and Related Operational Tools

National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) Headquarters Islamabad invites e-Bids for the supply of scanners and related operational tools/equipment under Tender No. 88/2026-NADRA-HQ-RFB. Bidders must be registered for income tax and sales tax and listed on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Procurement will follow Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure with technical evaluation as per Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and NADRA regulatory guidelines.

Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS V2.0. Original bid security (pay order/demand draft or bank guarantee) and required documents must be delivered by 17 August 2026, 11:00 AM; e-Bid opening will be on 17 August 2026, 11:30 AM on EPADS V2.0.
