REDAMCO Invitation of Sealed Bids – Lease of Pakistan Railways Prime Land (Tender Closing 2026-08-11)

Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), a subsidiary of the Ministry of Railways, invites sealed bids (Single-Stage, Two-Envelope on Two Variables) for grant of lease rights on Pakistan Railways prime land across multiple divisions. Lease period: 21 years (extendable for another 21 years). Annual increase in rent: 8% compound. Mobilization period: 24 months from date of possession. Building construction to conform to local construction bye-laws.

• Pre-bid meeting: 2026-07-28 at 02:00 PM at REDAMCO Head Office (attendance by Zoom also available).
• Bid submission deadline: 2026-08-11 by 02:00 PM at REDAMCO Head Office.
• Technical bid opening: 2026-08-11 at 02:30 PM at REDAMCO Head Office (in presence of bidders/authorized representatives).

Bidders must submit separate sealed bids for each site. Each bid must include the required Bid Security and Commitment Fee as specified per site.
