How to apply:
- Register and submit application online at https://etc.hec.gov.pk. For assistance use https://onlinehelp.hec.gov.pk.
- Only fully completed and SUBMITTED applications will be considered; SAVE or INCOMPLETE applications will not be entertained.
- Pay test fee through 1Link/IBill invoice/payment services using the generated consumer number. Fee payment is non-refundable and non-transferable. Verify online payment on the ETC dashboard.
- Download Roll Number Slip from http://etc.hec.gov.pk after successful payment; roll slip will be emailed/emailed/SMS sent to registered contact. A printed Roll Number Slip and original CNIC/Passport are required at the test centre.
- Candidates must ensure CNIC details match application; discrepancies may bar candidates from sitting the test. No proxies, parents, siblings, relatives or other individuals are permitted to sit in candidate’s place.
- Mobile phones, calculators, recording, communication or imaging devices are NOT ALLOWED inside test centres; sharing or uploading test content is an offence and will be dealt with per ETC policy.
Other: Candidates can select any eligible HAT category based on their academic stream. ETC conducts tests at major cities of Pakistan. For changes to test dates or other notices, monitor the ETC website.
