Energy Infrastructure Development and Management Company (EIDMC) invites applications from qualified professionals for multiple senior and mid-level posts on a contract basis. Appointments are initially for three (03) years, extendable based on performance. Applications must be submitted online only at www.power.gov.pk. Applications by any other means will not be entertained.

Preference for Master’s in Project Management / Engineering Management. Registered Professional Engineer with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in energy infrastructure / transmission / distribution / renewable energy projects. Experience in EPC contracts and donor-funded projects preferred. | Maximum 50 years |
| Deputy Director (Contracts & Procurement) | Bachelor’s (16 years) in Engineering / Business Administration / Commerce / Supply Chain Management from a recognized university. Preference for Master’s or professional procurement/contract certifications (e.g., PMP/MCIPS) or equivalent. Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience in procurement and contract management, preferably in energy, transmission, infrastructure, EPC or donor/public-sector projects. | Maximum 45 years |
| Deputy Director (Project Design & Engineering) | Bachelor of Engineering (16 years) in relevant engineering discipline from a recognized university. Preference for Master’s in Project Management / Engineering Management and PEC registration as a Professional Engineer. Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience in design and engineering of transmission lines and substations, including preparation and review of technical specifications, standards and tender documents. | Maximum 45 years |
| Deputy Director (HR & Administration) | Bachelor’s (16 years) in Human Resource Management (HRM), Public Administration or Business Administration (HR) from a recognized university. Preference for Master’s in HRM or related field. Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience in HR management/administration and governance in public or private sector organizations. | Maximum 45 years |
| IT Officer | Bachelor’s (16 years) in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Engineering / Computer Engineering from a recognized university. Professional IT certifications preferred. Minimum 7 years post-qualification experience in IT operations, infrastructure deployment, ERP/SAP or software systems management. | Maximum 40 years |

Other important details: Appointments are contractual; extension subject to satisfactory performance. Candidates employed in Federal / Provincial / Semi-Government / Autonomous bodies may apply through proper channel and must produce NOC at the time of interview.
