Member of a recognized professional accountancy body (e.g. CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA/Finance) from a reputed local or international institute. Extensive professional experience in internal audit, risk management, internal control frameworks and audit methodologies (TOR available on NDRMF website). |

Manages NDRMF’s Gender & Development function and leads gender mainstreaming across institutional operations and project portfolio. Responsible for implementing approved GAD Policy & Strategy, integrating gender safeguards through the project cycle and maintaining compliance with applicable policies (environmental & social safeguards). Requires a Master’s degree in Gender Studies, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Humanities or a related discipline and relevant experience in gender mainstreaming and safeguards (see TOR for full requirements). |
