Pre-Qualification Notice – Repair & Maintenance Firms for Establishment Division, Islamabad (FY 2026-27 & 2027-28)

Issuer: Management Services Wing, Establishment Division, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad. Purpose: Pre-qualification of workshops and firms/vendors for repair and maintenance works and petty purchases for the financial years 2026-27 and 2027-28 (extendable for one year by mutual consent) under Rules 15, 16 and Rule 42(a)&(b) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

Eligibility: Firms/Workshops/Vendors must have valid Sales Tax and Income Tax registration, active status on the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL), an established setup in Islamabad/Rawalpindi (preferably near the Management Services Wing), minimum three years' experience in the applied categories in public-sector organizations, and registration on the EPADS e-procurement platform.

How to apply / Key dates and procedure:

• All documents and e-bidding shall be submitted through EPADS (http://eprocure.gov.pk). No manual/hard-copy bids will be accepted.
• E-bidding documents shall be collected and prospective bidders must apply for pre-qualification through EPADS by 10 August 2026 at 11:00 AM.
• Earnest money (Pay Order / Demand Draft) in favour of DDO Management Services Wing must be prepared and its scanned copy uploaded to EPADS on or before 10 August 2026 at 11:00 AM.
• Pre-qualification e-bids will be opened on 10 August 2026 at 11:30 AM in Committee Room No. 410, 4th Floor, Shaheed-e-Millat Secretariat, Islamabad, in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
• Bidding documents and information are also available on: Establishment Division (www.establishment.gov.pk), PPRA (www.ppra.org.pk) and EPADS (http://eprocure.gov.pk).
